During building of mobile communication objects  “Gervin” LLC  executes key ready works according to the EPC contract.

The works in this area  are based on the binding of multi-engineering needs of mobile operators with the regulatory framework of the existing permit system, operating in the construction industry in Ukraine.

Optimization of  solution approaches:  both technical issues and indicators of duration and costs of the  works. Only high rates of complex  solutions in this area allow the company to keep tender position  at the appropriate level, with very intense competition which  exists  on the telecommunication market.

In this direction, the company organizes the procedure of the land selection and accompanies the development of the project land acquisition:

settles  lease contracts  with the owners of land or buildings, where it is  planned to place base stations, develops the detailed design for the construction projects;

organizes work on the inspection  and approvals of project documentation;

organizes  work on the obtaining approvals  for the construction;

supports the process of construction and electrical works and the process of commissioning of constructed facilities.

carries out  the   technical inspection with the development of the technical passport for ready built objects. The company participates in the development of  the certificate of hygiene facility together  with the Laboratory of the Sanitary-Epidemiological Station in Vinnitsa region .

Since 2005 the company has built and put into operation more than 400 objects of mobile communication in  Vinnitsa region. More than 200 technical passports were developed for the mobile communication objects, built in the central region of Ukraine.

The enterprise has developed and put into production TU U V.2.6-28.1-21673832-001: 2008 "Tower of cellular communication" Kyivstar ", in unified design solutions that use advanced  technical solutions for the optimal design of metal and  concrete elements.

In the area of civil and structural design "Gervin" LLC works  closely with the State Research and Design Institute of Civil Engineering and the Research Institute of Building Constructions (Kiev). The work  is based on the widespread use of modern automated software systems for calculation and design of construction objects such as "All Plan", "Scad" and others.

For the football championship Euro-2012 specialists of the company designed, built with the author's supervision and put into operation  the wireless network connection, which provided air interface along the railway between the users and passenger trains and the network.

The length of the line of cordless communication from the western border of Ukraine to Kiev and from Kiev to Donetsk amounted to 680 km, where  127 base stations are located.
